JOB OVERVIEW
Creandum is looking for a passionate service heart for the Stockholm Office. You, as their temporary Office Manager, will be a key person within their team, helping to run the office professionally, but with a personal touch. You will be working with a small but high-level, fast and ambitious international team, ensuring first-class service to visitors and everyone who works in the office. You will be part of the global team, thriving to deliver the best possible experience to all parties.

Responsibilities
This position will require you to own and care for the office. You are part of the team who all thrive for one thing: creating the best possible experience for their local and international business partners, guests and colleagues.
In detail this means, you:
- Run the day to day operations of the office - including guest and room management and vendor handling
- Manage the daily running of the office, making sure it is presentable, provides a great working environment and adequately represents the Creandum brand
- Welcome and greet guests, such as entrepreneurs, investors and other VC representatives, on a daily basis
- Prioritise independently and adapt to ever-changing responsibilities and team needs
- Show genuine care, love and attentiveness for work details
- Are creative and have a high personal expectation on bringing the office management on a new level
- See Office Management as a main artery in every team (similar as Creandum see you within their team: their good soul!)
- Collaborate closely with EAs, Event Manager and Marketing team; may include running and planning smaller events
- Are part of a thriving, global and fun team
- While the core hours normally align with typical business hours, there may be occasional adjustments, such as early starts for breakfast events / meetings or later evenings for special functions
Core requirements
- Outgoing personality and welcoming character
- Service mentality and ownership of your realm
- Eager to integrate in our international setting
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Gmail services
- Some IT experience and interest in handling day-to-day problems
- Service excellence
- At least one year of work experience in a service position
Desirable, but not required, qualifications
- Successfully completed professional training within an administrative or service-orientated field, e.g. office administration or hôtelière
- Swedish language skills
- Some experience in organising events
- Knowledge of Google Apps for Business, Slack, Evernote, etc.
